What is an All-Inclusive package?
“We do all the work, and you have all of the fun!”
Our All-Inclusive packages take a lot of pressure off of you! It means you do not have to call and go to places trying to find vendors for your big day. With our All-inclusive packages, you only need to bring an Officiant, DJ, and an ABC certified Bartender (if serving alcohol).
How do I secure my date?
Carahills Estate requires a non-refundable deposit for all events. Your date is secured with a signed contract and deposit. Our “Queen for the Day” Package requires a $3,500 deposit. All other packages require a $2,500 deposit. The best part is you don’t have to make another payment until 4 months before your wedding!
Do you have a facility rental if I have my own vendors?
Absolutely! We welcome vendors. Certain restrictions apply. Lessee is responsible for vendors. We cannot control if vendors are late, do not show up, or do not provide what is needed for your event. We are happy to help if we have to step in on the day of the event, fees will be charged, and payment is due immediately. Basically, if vendors are going to cause us “stress” someone has to compensate us for it. You get it right? LOL
Can your Bridal Suite and Grooms Lounge accommodate a large Bridal party?
YES!! These areas are very spacious. The Groom’s lounge is actually an apartment! To make it easier for you all at the end of the evening, we do insist that the Suite and Lounge be completely cleaned up before the wedding starts. (This means all trash and food have to be in trashcans.) Personal belongings have to be in something, so you are able to pop back in after the wedding to grab and go. If things are not picked up in advance, this is how items get into others bags and get lost.
What time can my Wedding start?
You pick a Friday or Saturday and tell us the time! We offer “Queen for the Day” & “Princess for the Day” Packages.
Queen for the Day - 10.5 Hours
Princess for the Day - 6.5 Hours
(Reception time allotted is 4 hrs.)
Can my family bring in food?
We are only allowed to have Licensed caterers in our facility. They have to put us on their insurance for the day. For health code reasons, we cannot allow any outside “homemade” items. Our Chef makes all of our food for our All-Inclusive packages.
What is considered a “Peak Date”?
Our “Peak” is a busy time of year for us! These are the months that tend to get booked the quickest. The typical months include April, October, November, December. But, these can vary and change. We are happy to say we are getting busier and busier. #Blessed
Do you have a lot of decor to choose from?
Oh YES!! This is our favorite part of the process. You get to choose and customize your special day. We have lots of fun with this! Sometimes couples do want a little more “decor fun”. We love this, just know that there are extra charges for these type of things. We will discuss this on a one on one basis. **Example -You want 100 candles at the altar area. You would have to purchase those on your own.
What are the closest hotels?
Fairfield Inn & Suites - Arlington, TN
Holiday Inn Express Suites - Arlington, TN
Both are about 15 minutes from our venue!
What is the latest we can stay?
We host events on Friday and Saturday until 10 pm. Last call for the bar is 30 mins before the event ending. Send off begins 15 mins before event ending. (It takes a few minutes to get everyone outside for the send off.) Everyone must be off property 30 mins after the event. The Lessee will be charged an additional fee for family members, guests, or Bridal party that do not leave on time. We have a lot to do after the event, so we can’t allow you to stay longer. This is another reason to book us. You and your family do not have to clean up after the event!
Do you charge a fee to use your bar and refrigeration?
A vendor fee is only charged when you have a “Venue Rental”. When booking our All-Inclusive packages, there is no fee. We do require a licensed ABC bartender to serve alcohol for all events. No BYOB by guests and no bottles on the tables. All alcohol is served from our bar area, and it is the responsibility of the Lessee to bring in what you would like to be served. This includes all set-ups, sodas, and garnishments.
We provide Tea and Water for events.
Are fresh flowers and photography included in your packages?
YES! We provide fresh flowers for the Bride and bridal party. Certain restrictions apply.
Photography is included in all packages.
Our “Queen for the Day” Package even includes an engagement session!
