It’s all about timing…
Can you believe, we did not set out to own Carahills Estate? Sounds silly, but true. This was definitely a dream but we had no idea now was the time! We owned another business and the Carahills owner and daughters came into our place and within 30 mins, God had taken over. Now I (Traci) had dreamed of one day owning my own venue. My husband Randolph dreamed of having a place to work on his vintage cars and make messes that he doesn’t get “in trouble” for making. HA! But the timing was during the pandemic. You just don’t buy a business in an industry that had to close the year before, right? WELL, you do when all the doors open to allow your whole life to shift. (This sounds wild even as I type). Ms Carrie and family shared lots of lessons learned over the past 25 years of building the business at Carahills Estate. We even did a “real life” swap, she bought our house as we purchased the 20-acre Carahills Estate. Our life in the country began. Now I do not like critters, so to say this has been a challenge is an understatement. We soon began to remodel and put our touch on Carahills Estate. (Whew, it has been a journey!) There is only a door between our home and the Grand Staircase. For this reason, we really are welcoming you into our home. We feel so honored when we get to share in your special day. Getting to know our couples and help bring their vision to life brings us such joy.

And the food is so Tasty, Thumbs up to the Chef, we had 100 guest and no one complained, EVERYONE WAS SO HAPPY AND ENJOYED THEMSELVES and was so so satisfied AT THIS FACILITY.
The staff, Ms Traci, Randolph we’re all so attentive and took Very good care of us. We had no worries, because she listened to us, made suggestions and focused on all aspects of our event.

Ours daughter’s wedding was held this past weekend at Carahills Estate, and it could not have been a more perfect wedding event at the perfect venue. Traci, Randolph and the entire staff were absolute professional warriors making certain that every minute detail was anticipated and seen to. Nothing, NOTHING was left unattended to. The energy, joy and positivity was contagious throughout the day- in fact through the entire process from first introductions until the last guests departed. “ABSOLUTELY the BEST” is what we experienced! My wife and I had our dream wedding at Carahills Estate in Eads, TN this past Sept. Prior to contacting Carahills the entire experience was frustrating to say the least. Then once my wife and I saw how professional and wonderful people Traci and Randolph were from our first encounter, made every step closer to our wedding day that much better. Their staff is amazing from catering to coordinating and decorating. All we needed Traci and Randolph had or was happy to obtain it for us. We fell in love with this venue because it offered what most wedding venues we were interested in didn’t have- Bridal and Grooms lounges. The venues private grounds are amazing as well w/an enormous amount of space. We loved them and the Carahills Team so much they truly became family. Just look at how happy my wife looked on the one of the most important days of her life. I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Thank you guys for everything…

We did it!
Yippeee! In 2022, we officially hosted weddings as the new owners. Do you know how nervous a Bride/Groom can be on the wedding day? Well, we had our own jitters about hosting our 1st Wedding! The great thing is we are a family business who have had the great fortune of having some of the best people in our lives that make up our well rounded team. We have been together for many years and take such pride in giving every event our all, each and everytime.
